Miracles Do Happen

I haven't posted in a couple of weeks, but keep scrolling down. Today I posted pics from the past 2 weeks.

I THINK, not sure, that the weather has finally changed in Yuma. This morning it was 57 degrees. That is reason enough to break out with Coco's new jeans.

In these pictures Coco is fashionably wearing her new SKINNY jeans size 3T! Yes she is also eating a popsicle at 8am. Reason's for this insanity: Letting me cut her nails, do her hair (kind of), brushing her teeth AND wearing big girl Dora chonies ... ALL in one morning. This is proof miracles do happen.

Clean Freak

This is Coco's new bike. It was a nice Sunday afternoon when Coco decided she needed to "clean" her bike. She can't quite ride it yet, but she's keepin it nice & shinny so its ready when she can push those pedals!

It was really windy the day we went to choose a pumpkin. Coco found the perfect one & had the best time carving it.

Cornerstone Fall Festival

The little lady bug had fun at her 1st school carnival. She played all the games, took pictures with her friends & got lots of candy. Coco dug threw all the candy to get to the good stuff - CHOCOLATE :)

Finally

Coco has needed a hair cut for some time now. She loves sitting in the chair. She even loves reading her magazine and catching up on all the gossip.

Just like Mama

Coloring use to be one of my favorite things to do ... it looks like Coco enjoys it too. I was so impressed that she can already color in the lines.

Big Helper

While visiting Tutu over the weekend Coco helped her re arrange her cabients.

Conversation on the way home ...

Me: Coco what did you eat at Tutu's house?

Coco: I ate mac n cheese and hot dogs ...

Me: Really? What else?

Coco: Hot sauce

Me: You ate hot sauce?

Coco: I love hot sauce

Me: Coco are you a comedian?

Coco: No mama, I'm gorgeous!

El Centro

We took a day trip to the El Centro mall. Had a really good time just getting out of town, even if it is just an hour away.

Genius

I heart Coco very much! She is such a smart little girl ... I also think the look she has going here proves that too.

Runs in the Family

Coco insisted on wearing a jacket this morning. I'm usually always cold ... maybe she will be the same? Current temperature = 76 degrees.

We also have the same taste in shoes.

Drama Queen

Tonight Coco got an "owie" on Uncle Nicks skateboard. Usually she's pretty tough ...

The world was coming to an end ... until I put this bandaide on her little scratch ... then it was all better!

The BEST part of the entire night ... Coco bringing me the scrutches cause she can't walk with an "owie" on her foot! I don't think I've ever laughed so hard in my life! She just stared at me laughing hysterically, then she said "mama what's so funny?" I have a drama queen & a comedian in the house, can't wait :)

Diva

Getting out of the car each time we go somewhere can be quite a chore. Coco loves to play in the car ... She also loves to put on her "sunglasses" with NO lens :)

Date Night

Last week I traveled to San Diego for a conference. I missed Coco like crazy so this weekend Coco & I went on a date. Speaking for the both of us ... we had a great time!

Our day was filled with pedicures, shopping, lunch with friends & a 2 hour nap.

We had lunch at Coco's favorite place Papa San with her BFF Ava or as Coco calls her "Baby Eva."

Thanks to Tutu for letting Coco sleep over, wash the dishes & feed the turtles while mommy was away. She had a BLAST!

Conversation ...

On our way to school this morning Coco randomly starting talking about our water park trip to San Diego. It makes me happy that this is a fun memory she has ... so I decided to post some pics of our trip.

Water park ready! Just for future reference, Coco's hair is usually a mess. It's in an inbetween stage right now. I'm hoping it will grow soon :)

On a semi-related note ... also on the way to school this morning I hit a bump in the road. Coco yelled "Mommy you are a crazy driver, be careful," then she started laughing. I'm happy that I am able to make her laugh!
